Some Pictures

These are the two little boys from our home stay family playing with the bats and balls note their house is on the right. The family of 7 lived in a traditional rural wooden house on stilts with the cows (and motor bike ) underneath. The little calf in the picture seems to be enjoying the game too.

  1. Hi Kath, hope you are feeling better and the wobbly legs have improved, I would have wobbly legs on a bike in Norland never mind a capital city ! The golden girls met last night and we read your blog and caught up on the gossip. Kath's sons wedding went very well and all is well with Sue, we missed you. I did the Huddersfield 10k and got lost in Greenhead Park - I did not do the full course and ended up running in with serious club runners - I thought the applause was the sympathy vote until I realised. Will I ever live this down ? lost in my own town having run all over west yorkshire. We hope to meet before our usual Christmas eve get together. If you do establish skype in your palatial home or office surroundings let me know and we can gather and skype you together. Steve and I are going to 3 acres on Sunday, so may see Sally. Hope all is well and keep on enjoying every moment. take care you intrepid traveller.
